With a zeal for youth ministry and communicating the love of Jesus Christ to others, Jolani Yeager has been an excellent addition to Northeast FCA’s regional office. Hired in November 2017, Yeager has taken on the role as an administrative assistant with a focus on social media and marketing.

“Social media is a huge platform that reaches many people,” says Yeager. “It allows us to connect and engage with the next generation and show them what our ministry is all about. They can log into any kind of mobile device and see instantly the work that FCA does across the Northeast. It is very exciting!”

Yeager grew up in Albany, New York and participated in track and field for most of high school. Her team traveled to several colleges that included Dartmouth and Yale, and her involvement in track created a deep love for both travel and sports in Yeager’s heart. Jolani went on to attend Buffalo State College and graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography.

Today, Yeager lives in Rochester, New York with her husband, Paul. She works part-time at her local church within the youth ministry program and serves as an FCA teammate at the regional office.

“I love the atmosphere and environment at the Northeast FCA office,” says Yeager. “All of our staff members are wonderful and it is a positive space to work in. I love knowing that we are all on the same mission together and are working towards the same goal: reaching athletes and coaches for Jesus Christ.”
