Rob and Susie Connerty have been vital members of the Vermont FCA Leadership Board since 2015 and Rob has been the chair of this board for the past 2 ½ years. Rob has been a major factor in the growth of FCA-VT in recent years as he worked tirelessly to support and promote FCA state-wide. 

Rob stated, "Life has challenges and opportunities every day for every person. FCA helps me better understand the challenges and opportunities that student-athletes and coaches face in the public arena.  Many of them spend their days in a faithless and anti-faith environment, as they try to walk out their personal faith in their schools and on their teams.  Because of my connection with FCA, I get to see Christ in these young athletes and coaches and how they respond in faith to their challenges, which encourages me in my own faith, and it gives me opportunity to support and pray for them in their walk.       

"I love God and I love sports. I know the impact FCA can have in the lives of student-athletes, coaches, families, and communities using sports as a platform. Young people need the hope of Christ, maybe like never before. So, my wife and I support FCA financially because we know FCA works." - Rob
